Since our executive chef only sources the freshest ingredients possible, our menu changes frequently. From any vantage point in the restaurant, one can watch their cuisine being prepared as Chef Michael Sichel and his talented culinary staff create an award winning menu in the exhibition kitchen, a key focal point of the restaurant.
